Limitation of Damages
In no event shall Everblade be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty.

Warranty Coverage
Everblade Turf warrants a manufactures product guarantee of 15 years and Everblade Turf adds an additional 10 years of warranty. A 2 -year labor warranty is also guaranteed. This warranty extends to the original buyer. Product and labor guarantee active upon job completion and signed COC, and final payment.

Within the period of this warranty, Everblade Turf will repair or replace, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by an authorized Everblade Turf Division technician.

All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this warranty shall be assumed by Everblade Turf except for the following which shall be assumed
by the buyer:

This warranty does not cover the following:
1. Burns, cuts, accident, vandalism, abuse, neglect or negligence;
2. Wear or abrasion cause by an inadequate sub-base.
3.Use of inappropriate footwear or sports equipment;
4.The playing surface being used other than for the purpose for which it was designed and installed
5. Use of cleaning chemicals, herbicides or pesticides that are not approved by Everblade Turf for use on our specific artificial turf products;
6. Use of improper cleaning methods;
7. Use of infill product of an incorrect grade (according to the national related standards)
8. Any harmful chemical reaction to the product caused by infill materials;
9. Post fibrillation after or during installation for purposes other than to place infill; Failure to properly maintain, protect or repair the turf;
10. Acts of God or other conditions beyond the reasonable control of Everblade Turf

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:
1. Service calls to correct the installation of the Covered Product, or to explain the usage of the product to the buyer.
2. Repairs necessitated by use other than normal home use.
3. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
4. Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a Everblade Turf authorized service technician.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
a. If warranty repairs are to be made in the home:

The buyer must notify Everblade Turf by contacting us at: https://everbladeturf.com/warranty-claim/ and notifying us of any defect, malfunction, or nonconformity promptly upon discovery. An authorized service technician shall visit the buyer's home for the purpose of repairing or replacing the defective part within 15- 30 days of
receipt of the call.
